Collection: Return Policy

At Jewelry by Pele our goal is to provide quality products with a description of the item and clear images of the jewelry so that your selection meets your expectations.  As a result, a store credit will be issued but refunds are not offered.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We will not accept defective items 3 days after delivery.
